TSO - G - Day 4 - A Well Deserved Break

Today we went down the coast a ways to Pescadero State Beach for a few hours to get away from our projects and hang out together. Some of us spent the day reading and napping at base camp, and others went on a grand adventure down the beach.

Pescadero is one of the longer beaches on our section of the California coastline, so a group hiked down the beach until they came across a sweet cave in the cliffside.

In keeping with our wildlife-filled week, the group spots a pod of dolphins just off the coast.

Our fearless explorers continue down the beach, finding a drainage pipe larger than any of them.

Having decided that they've gone far enough, the group heads back to base camp, and we all head back to camp.

We return from the beach, and everyone takes a quick shower. Before dinner some of us go down to the creek to fish for crawdads.
