TSO - H - Day 6 - Off to the Races

Waking up in the morning, we are excited to finish our projects and get to testing. With a new urgency, teams get to work ironing our the final kinks. Team Nooi talks out how to finish the cart by the end of the day.

Team Piki adds some finishing touches to their cart.

The clouds part and provide the push teams need to get across the finish line.

Team Piki is also almost ready for a test.

Team Panda's platform passed safety testing. and they now work on setting up their zip line.

Alice is first to try the completed zip line.

Team Nooi's cart is assembled, but has some problems with ground clearance.

With her team's cart finished, Gigi passes time creating weaves from paracord.

With most teams ready, it's time to do full runs down the hill.

Team Piki's test is complete without any injuries to the cart or operators. Time for Team Kablooi to go for a run.

While Team Kablooi didn't make it all the way, they had a good run and enjoyed the ride. Team Nooi had some further complications, and by the time they could attempt a test, it's pretty dark.

They make it a quarter of the way before calling it quits.

Conversing over our successes and failures of the day, we gather around the fire pit. We share memories from the past week and enjoy each other's company for one last night. Once the fire dies, we walk back to the conference center and watch the videos of the tests from earlier in the day. Tired from a long day, we head off to sleep.
