On the way back to the conference center, Lucy, Sophia, Sarah R., and Kevin come across a bird in pain. They bring it with them in hopes of nursing it back to health.
The bird is (as of this post: present tense) named Francis. After assessing its problems (a broken wing??), we decided to take it to a wildlife rehabilitation center in San Mateo. Thanks, Peninsula Humane Society! Please take care of Francis!
After dinner, we receive knife training! We are all out finding sticks to make pointy.
